After implementation of GST, the professionals mainly expert in compliance work had to approach other Chartered Accountants or Lawyers for handling of Appeal cases and refund related activities. It brought them to a compromising position in terms of clients. Either their ability was questioned or client decided to leave the professional. The position made us to think that why don’t we develop a platform where the problem of litigation and refund handling could be done on behalf of professional in a concrete manner without involving client? The lockdown made us to think about the idea to form an engine with a specialized litigation and refund handling platform.
