Who we are

LitigationMonks are always on the lookout for ways to protect your data. They do this by conducting an in-depth examination of their company’s practices and policies, leading them towards compliance with all local laws regarding personal information handling–including but not limited to GDPR. To ensure that you’re fully protected from any potential issues during Litigations proceedings through every step along the way ahead – whether it be drafting documents or taking part as a witness in court hearings- our team will make sure nothing falls short and for that, we have taken a few measures.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

  • Our team of security and compliance professionals works hard to provide a safe online environment for all our users. We take appropriate measures that protect you from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of personal information such as your username and password when conducting transactions on the Site. All sensitive data is encrypted before being transmitted over SSL secured channels so there’s no chance anyone can intercept it in transit.
  • We use cookies to enhance your experience on the site. We also want you to know when a cookie is being placed so that it’s easier for us, and more importantly, you can decide whether or not accepting them is right for yourself
  • We believe in data privacy and security. We store your information on a secure server, backed up by multiple copies of the database across different physical locations to guard against any possible leaks or losses. Our team also performs regular penetration tests which ensure we never compromise customer privacy while providing them with an ever-present defense system from outside threats like hackers.
  • We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site. We only disclose your information when you give us permission, or in order to administer activities on behalf of ourselves (such as sending out newsletters).
  • We take our client’s privacy seriously and never give out our client’s personal information without their written consent. We don’t market or sell the list of people who have hired us to do work, nor can we share it with other employers for marketing purposes.

LitigationMonks know that it’s important for them to stay informed about how their personal information is being protected. To help you do this, we send out emails whenever there are updates or changes made so please check back often
