In the year 2015, the excise and service tax department appointed us as their legal advisor with regard to adjudication i.e. we started handling cases on behalf of department and analysing the replies from assesses. The exercise made us more concrete in litigation handling. Though the number of assesses were quite few in excise and service tax as its incidence were not on mass.
